The International on Information and Communication Technology (ICoICT) 2026 invites researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to submit high-quality papers that align with our conference theme. The conference will take place in a hybrid format, offering both onsite and online participation, with its main venue in Bali, Indonesia, on 30 July – 1 August, 2026.

Submission Guidelines:

All papers must be original, not published or under consideration elsewhere, and conform to the specified IEEE format (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates).

Paper submission requirements are the same for all authors—every manuscript follows the same formatting and review standards.

Authors may choose their preferred presentation format after acceptance:

– Oral Presentation – Authors opting for an oral presentation will be required to prepare a slide deck. Detailed guidelines on slide format and presentation duration will be provided after acceptance.

– Poster Presentation (Onsite Only) – Authors choosing a poster presentation must prepare and bring their own printed poster. Poster size and layout requirements will be provided upon acceptance.

All accepted papers will undergo rigorous peer review and, if approved, will be published in indexed proceedings.

Call for Posters

Poster Presentations

This upload facility is strictly reserved for papers that have been officially Accepted and where the authors have confirmed their participation via Poster Presentation. Please ensure that your paper status and selected presentation format align with these requirements before uploading; authors in the Oral Presentation category should not submit files here to avoid administrative errors within the EDAS system.

Poster Requirements

  • Dimensions: Printed posters must be in PORTRAIT/LANDSCAPE format and not exceed A0 size (33.1 in x 46.8 in or 841 mm x 1189 mm).
  • Template: Poster Template can be found here, but its use is NOT required for the conference.
  • The ICOICT 2026 conference logo (in PNG format) is available for download here
    • The logo must be visible; however, its placement is flexible and can be adjusted according to your design.

 

E-poster upload instructions:

  1. Log in to your EDAS account.
  2. Go to your paper page (via “My Papers”).
  3. Locate the “Poster Presentation” column/icon.
  4. Click the Upload icon and select your final PDF file.
  5. Check for a confirmation message to ensure the upload was successful.

Note: The e-poster submission form will only become accessible after you have successfully uploaded your Final Manuscript (Camera-Ready). Please ensure your final paper is submitted first to enable the poster upload option.

Presentation and Printing Details

  • Attendance: All poster presentations must be conducted in-person (ONSITE) at the conference venue.
  • Session Format: The presentation consists of a 3-minute pitch followed by a dedicated session where they must remain at their posters to engage with attendees during the session.
  • Printing Options:
    • * Self-Printing: Participants are encouraged to print and bring their own posters.
    • Committee Printing: For convenience, the committee offers a printing service for an additional fee. Details on how to request this service are provided in the registration form.
