In person (onsite) Registration Fees Include:

  • Attendance to all sessions on 30-31 July 2026.
  • Coffee breaks and lunches to be served during the conference scientific program
  • Gala Dinner on 30 July 2026

Other than the conference, we also offer an optional Bali tour experience on the final day of the conference with the committee, keynote speakers, and sponsors.

Notes:

  • Maximum number of pages for a normal paper is 6
  • To be eligible for the IEEE Member rate you must be an active IEEE Member
  • To be eligible for the student rate you must provide your student ID/Letter of proof
  • To be eligible for Telkom University academician (lecturer, student, or researcher), you should provide your employee or student ID card

1. For Domestic Participants (Indonesia)
